Returns, exchanges and refunds
not the right fit?!
No problem, we offer a 14 day exchange on all our Saddle Co branded wear.
For exchanges, please contact us at email@example.com with:
> your order number
> what item you would like to exchange
> what you would like to exchange it for
We will respond as soon as possible confirming we have stock available for the exchange as well as the return address.
Once we respond and confirm we have the correct stock to exchange, whether you are from Australia or International, please ensure your item is returned to the correct address below.
We recommend using a tracked and signed service and to keep your receipt as this is your proof of postage for if the item becomes lost in transit.
When returning your parcel please include a note with the following details:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Your email & phone number
For sold out stock: any items that are sold out at the time of request for an exchange, we are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange or refund for this item. We can offer a return for store credit.
We do not offer refunds on "change of mind" bases. Refunds are only offered if product is deemed faulty.
Exchanges will be refused if tags are missing, damage, dirty or has excessive wear.
Please note we don't offer returns, refunds, exchanges or store-credits for change of mind or wrong size purchased on all sale/discounted items.
FAULTY & INCORRECTLY RECEIVED GOODS
Faulty items may be returned outside of our regular return period providing the item is still under warranty.
We will reimburse return shipping costs for faulty and incorrectly received goods.
If you believe an item you have purchased from us is faulty or is different to what you have ordered, please email us and we will be in touch within 24 hours. Please email any supporting photos to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please DO NOT post back any items until you have completed the ‘Returns Form ’ and have received confirmation from us to return your item.
Further details regarding returning your items, such as our return address, will be emailed to you once we have received your Return Form and your return has been approved.
