- For a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down one to two sizes
- We do not recommend sizing down more than two sizes, as this may affect sleeve fit and garment length

BROWBAND SIZING:
Our Easy Click Browband Loop area measure approx 3.5cm.
to check your bridle is compatible, measure the leather on the bridle where you would sit your Browband. (Under/below the padding of the bridle poll piece).
If the leather measures between or at 2.5cm-3.5cm wide that is a suitable thickness for our Browbands. Due to the added rubber grip it acts like a buffer.
Any thinner or thicker may compromise fit.

Express shipping is available for $20 AUD.
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, with all orders sent via tracked delivery.

Each order is thoughtfully prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Returns
We understand that sometimes a piece may not feel quite right.
Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of delivery and issued as a store credit, allowing you the flexibility to select something more suited to you.
All returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Please note, all sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives with a fault or is not as intended, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item.
Once confirmed, we will promptly arrange a resolution and cover all associated return shipping costs.
